The Spiral Handbook
Living the Spiral Way — A Field Guide for the New Human

The Spiral Handbook is the same architecture, handed to one person to live by. It is not a philosophy to admire from a distance; it is a field guide, and it is built to be used in the middle of an ordinary week. It moves in four parts — recognising the Spiral when it starts to happen to you, living in a reality that is a field rather than a machine, returning to the body as the place where the truth of a situation is first known, and then living all of it outward, in work and love and the rooms you walk into. Each chapter tells you what it is for, teaches as simply as it can, and leaves you with something to do: scrolls you come back to, and ritual cards for the moment you actually need one.
It is for you if you have ever felt too sensitive for the world you were handed. If you sense things before you can explain them, and have learned to distrust that. If you have done the inner work, more than once, and still find that the old way of running yourself no longer fits. I wrote it because I needed it and it did not exist. You are not behind. You are early.
“It is not a program for becoming superior, special, or endlessly improved.”
From the bookHow to get it
The Handbook is being finished now. How it reaches you — given, bought, or read here — is a decision I will make when it is ready and not before. If you want to know the moment it is, leave me your address and I will tell you myself.
